These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gobeyondformation.com and the services provided by GoBeyond Formation ("GoBeyond", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We help entrepreneurs form and maintain companies — including US LLCs and corporations and UK limited companies — and provide related services such as EIN, ITIN and UTR applications, registered agent and business address services, banking and payment-account setup assistance, and compliance support. What is included in each order is described in the package you purchase.

2. Not legal or tax advice

GoBeyond Formation is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any tax or structuring information we share is general guidance to help you make your own decisions. For advice on your specific situation, please consult a qualified lawyer or tax professional.

3. Eligibility and your information

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You agree to give us complete, accurate and truthful information and documents, and to update us promptly if anything changes.
• You are responsible for making sure your company name and business activity are lawful and do not infringe anyone else's rights.
• We may refuse or stop work for businesses involved in illegal activity, sanctioned persons or countries, or activities that banks and payment providers prohibit.

4. Fees and payment

• Package prices are our service fees. State fees (US) and government fees (UK) are charged separately and shown at checkout.
• Payment is due in full before we start work.
• Services that run for a fixed term — such as registered agent or business address services — are included for the period stated in your package. Renewals are charged at our rates at that time, and we will remind you before renewal is due.

5. Timelines and third-party decisions

Timeframes we give are estimates based on typical processing times. Government agencies, banks, payment platforms and marketplaces make their own decisions and set their own timelines. We cannot guarantee that any third party will approve an application or account, but we will guide you through their requirements and help you with alternatives included in your package.

6. Ongoing compliance

After your company is formed you are responsible for meeting its ongoing obligations, such as annual reports, tax returns and renewals, unless you have purchased a service from us that covers them. We may send reminders as a courtesy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential and use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to GoBeyond Formation and may not be copied without our permission. Documents we prepare for your company are yours to use for your business.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by information you provided, by government agencies or by other third parties.

11. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or fail to pay. Fees for work already completed and government fees already paid are not refundable.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new orders. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
