Refund Policy

We want you to be confident ordering from GoBeyond Formation. This policy explains when you can get a refund for our services.

1. Our 30-day delivery promise

If we have not delivered your company formation within 30 days of your payment because of a delay on our side, we will refund our service fee in full. State and government fees that have already been paid to the authorities are not refundable, because they are paid directly to those agencies.

2. Cancelling before we file

If you cancel your order before we have submitted your filing to the state or government agency, we will refund the service fee and any state or government fee that has not yet been paid.

3. After your filing is submitted

• State and government fees are non-refundable once submitted.
• Service fees for work that has been completed — such as company formation, EIN, ITIN or UTR applications, registered agent or address services that have started — are non-refundable.
• If a filing is rejected or incorrect because of our error, we will correct and resubmit it at no extra cost under our Accurate Filing Guarantee.

4. Bank, payment and marketplace accounts

Banks, payment platforms and marketplaces (for example Relay, Wise, Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer or Amazon) make their own approval decisions. If an application is declined, we will help you re-apply or try an alternative provider included in your package.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method; the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
