How long does it take to form my company?
Most US LLCs are formed within 2–4 days of receiving your complete information, depending on the state. EIN, banking and payment accounts follow after formation, and their timing depends on the IRS and each provider.
Which US state should I choose?
Most non-US founders choose Wyoming, New Mexico or Delaware for low costs, privacy or investor familiarity. If you have a physical presence or employees in a particular state, you may need to register there. Ask us and we'll recommend the best fit.
Are state or government fees included in the price?
No. State fees (for US companies) and government fees (for UK companies) are charged separately and are not included in the listed package prices. You can see the exact state fee at checkout when you choose your state.
